The NBA season is winding down and many of these games have playoff implications. It’s an exciting time of the year to be a fan and an even better time to be a bettor. After taking a look at the schedule, I found the winning Banker and 2 team parlay.
Detroit Pistons vs Portland Trail Blazers
The Blazers covered on against the Nets on Friday night but that was their first cover in their last seven games, which they had lost by an average of close to 30 points. The Brooklyn Nets completely looked past them and just surged ahead at the end to get the victory. The Detroit Pistons should be more up for this game, as they are trying to gain momentum going into the offseason. They are already assured of having a top pick, so they’re not as worried about moving up in the standings and ruining their lottery position. We have been getting good effort from the Pistons and Cade Cunningham every evening.
The Blazers are waving the white flag on the season and they are concerned about moving down in the standings. The Blazers are sitting somewhere between 6th and 10th place and would like to have much higher lottery odds. This is their first season missing the playoffs in years. Here we have a motivated team versus the team just mailing it in. The Blazers players are playing hard, but there are roster management and rotations show that they’re not concerned with winning ballgames. Tonight’s Banker is the Detroit Pistons -7.
Chicago Bulls vs Toronto Raptors
This was a tough game for me to handicap. The numbers that I run say to take the Bulls, but I’m a little concerned about the matchup with Toronto. However, two of the Raptors’ key players remain on the injury report in what should be a detriment to a tired Raptors team.
We faded the Bulls on their road trip but I expect to see a resurgence from this team now that they are back at home. The Bulls know they need to win games and the energy of the fans should help push them to end their three-game losing streak finally. In the end, I’m trusting my numbers. the first half of the two-team parlay is the Chicago Bulls -3.5.
LA Lakers vs Cleveland Cavaliers
The Lakers have been playing terribly as of late and LeBron James returns to Cleveland where he played 11 seasons. LeBron should be amped up for this game but I’m sure the Cavaliers will be up for this game as well. This is a great chance for the Cleveland Cavaliers to show their fans that they can win without LeBron James in the lineup, which has not been the case since he has left. The Cavs are 3-1 in their current homestand. The Cavaliers need to win to keep their positions in the standings and avoid the Play-In. I wonder if the Lakers are trying to fall out, as LeBron and the team know that the Play-In tournament is a futile endeavor. Regardless,
I expect the Cavaliers to make a statement to their former King. The second half of the two-team parlay is the Cleveland Cavaliers -5.
