Los Angeles FC vs. San Jose Earthquakes
LAFC vs San Jose Earthquakes offers a nice banker opportunity. Los Angeles are at home in this one and have been two very different teams depending on home or away play. The Earthquakes have actually picked up 3 more points away this season than at home. Both teams match up well against each other and that offers a value spot here.
International play will be coming to an end and domestic play will resume this weekend. LAFC’s Rodriguez featured for Uruguay, but only saw one half of play in each of their first two matches. I’d expect to see Rodriguez back in the starting eleven for this match. The Earthquakes left back Lopez has featured for Peru this window, but I also don’t expect him to miss this contest.
On the season, LAFC is hitting both teams to score (BTTS) on the season at 71% and that jumps up to 79% when they’re playing in Los Angeles. San Jose is hitting BTTS at 64% overall and their form has been consistent regardless of where they’re playing. In their head-to-head matchups, BTTS has hit in their last four of five matches.
LAFC BTTS at -135 is my favorite MLS this weekend and is my banker.
For a bonus play. I love parlaying a couple of totals that are just out of my juice tolerance. The under 3 (-165) in the Columbus Crew vs. Inter Miami match with the over 2.5 (-156) in Toronto FC vs. Atlanta United give a nice price of +164 for the parlay.
Los Angeles FC vs. San Jose Earthquakes: Both teams to score at -135 (1.74)
PARLAY at +164 (2.64)
Columbus Crew vs. Inter Miami Under 3 + Toronto FC vs. Atlanta United Over 2.5
